We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Leadership & Partnerships Manager to drive high-impact collaborations with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand-aligned partnerships, managing corporate PR relationships, and leading influencer and press engagement initiatives that elevate client visibility in key markets.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to shape public perception through storytelling, media presence, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development
• Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate clients seeking press and influencer engagement.
• Negotiate and formalize brand partnership agreements that drive long-term value.
• Act as the strategic bridge between corporate clients and media/influencer teams.
• Corporate PR & Press Strategy
• Lead the planning and execution of press releases, media placements, and branded content.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, and media outlets.
• Collaborate with clients to align PR strategies with brand objectives.
• Influencer Engagement
• Identify and engage influencers relevant to client industries.
• Develop and manage influencer campaigns to boost brand storytelling.
• Track and report ROI from influencer collaborations.
• Thought Leadership & Events
• Position clients for high-visibility opportunities (e.g., panels, interviews, thought leadership articles).
• Coordinate with event organizers and media partners to ensure optimal brand positioning.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Provide performance metrics and reporting for PR, influencer, and partnership initiatives.
• Use insights to continuously refine outreach strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in PR, corporate partnerships, or influencer marketing.
• Strong network of media, press, and influencer contacts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple high-value stakeholders.
• Experience working with tech, lifestyle, finance, or B2B sectors (preferred).
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and creating media-worthy campaigns.
